ICS Queue All in One customer queue management system
The ICS Queue priority management system is a complete solution for smooth customer flow and reducing waiting time in places such as medical centers and retail stores. The solution is based on the combination of OCG360 Smartpass software and advanced equipment, such as the ICS MANHATTAN Self Service Kiosk (with a touch screen up to 27'') and special ticketing columns that integrate Citizen thermal printers. Customers can receive a service number either in physical form (printed paper) or digitally via QR Code or via the i-Queue plus application. The system offers live queue updates via Digital Signage screens, SMS or application, allowing the customer to monitor their queue remotely. At the same time, the business benefits from flow analysis and service optimization, upgrading the overall shopping experience and the level of services provided.
