TRAKIT is a modern, cloud-based application for managing the digital movement of goods, fully compliant with AADE’s Phase B1 requirements. It serves as a unified tool for senders, drivers, and recipients, offering real-time tracking of transport and delivery. The application stands out for its ease of use; it requires no changes to a business's existing ERP system, as it reads QR codes generated by any market-standard software. It operates across all devices (Windows, Android, iOS) and enables the instant issuance of digital delivery notes and invoices, which are transmitted directly to AADE to obtain a MARK (Unique Registration Number). Furthermore, TRAKIT incorporates a smart AI assistant that allows for document creation via voice commands (Voice-to-Data) or by photographing handwritten notes (OCR). At the same time, it ensures complete security, as no data transmission takes place without the operator's final approval.
